  • 12-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund

  • No-show: No refund and may incur additional fees

2. Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If a healthcare provider cancels your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund (100%) regardless of when the cancellation occurs. We will also assist you in rescheduling with the same or another provider at your convenience.

3. Technical Issues

If you are unable to attend your appointment due to technical issues on our platform (such as video call failures or system outages), you may be eligible for a full refund or a complimentary rescheduling. Please contact our support team immediately if you experience technical difficulties.

4. Service Quality Issues

If you believe the service provided was not satisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your case and may offer:

  • A partial or full refund
  • A complimentary follow-up session
  • Credit towards future appointments

Refund decisions for quality concerns are made on a case-by-case basis.

5. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services or packages:

  • Refunds for unused sessions may be available within 30 days of purchase
  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods
  • Promotional or discounted packages may have different refund terms

6. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Platform service fees and processing charges

  • Digital products or downloadable content (once accessed)
